Qualifications for the Registration of LES Thailand Membership

1. Members must be individuals and are subject to follow policies and regulations stated by LES Thailand
2. Must complete the registration form and pay the membership fee of THB 3,500 according to the period which has been specified by LES Thailand

 

There are currently two options for registering for membership:

Registration Form – To download a paper Membership Renewal Form and Please send the completed form to email Contact@licensingthailand.com, or faxed to +662-056-5678.

Online Registration – Please fill out the form below.

**Please note that according to the regulations of the Revenue Department in 2013, the receipt must contain the tax identification number of the company or the identification number of the individual.
1) Receipt under company‘s name: Please attach a copy of the VAT Registration Form of the company (ภพ.20) or a
copy of the Certificate of Company/Partnership Registration.
2) Receipt under member’s name: Please attach a copy of the member’s identification card.

I confirm that I will strictly follow the policies and regulations of LES TH and have attached a copy of the registration payment of THB 3,500 which has been transferred to the below LES TH’s bank account.
